The recycling offices in the states’ environmental offices support the local programs and provide leadership for program improvement. This session features the state agency leaders for recycling programs. They will share their efforts to improve material management, featuring successes and occasional struggles.

Visit the state-of-the-art Materials Recovery Facility and learn more about the campus where Pratt Industries utilizes a closed loop process, including an onsite gasification plant, paper mill, and the box manufacturing plant.
