Diversity Statement
We the Board of SERDC recognize that the Recycling Industry can be a powerful platform for social responsibility.

As part of this understanding, we acknowledge our obligation to further increase our commitment to enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion within the work that we do for this industry.

As members of the SERDC Board of Directors, we will strive to advance our knowledge and sensitivity of these issues while employing actions to better create an industry that reflects the communities we serve.

We fully recognize that diversity makes us more innovative, closer to our communities and better positioned to succeed in our industry.
